why do i need rugasami's mod to run millionare?

hey i did every thing and i doesnt work its just normal i had to make a mod file coz i didnt have one

when i pres v it dosent show where it is

Rugasamis mod is a modloader, you need modloader to get any mod.

Did you download the mod correctly? Did you find the villages?
