the other way around. Blocks that are exposed to "empty block" where you can walk you'll be able to see not blocks that have blocks around them.

Well thats true and not true, the owners of the game (if you are on the net) can see everything that you h ave done if they really wanted to. But seem you have bought the game you have ownership to it and a texture pack just alters block colours not the actual code of the game
